In this macro photography series, I reflected on repeating patterns of life, death, destruction and creation all existing simultaneously within nature. Taken in both, the forest where my grandmother grew up in Germany, and the forest where Parisians escape the city to recenter. Both places represent rebirth, growth, and curiosity.
