This photography series was taken in my first neighborhood while living in Paris, France. Pigalle is an area known for its many gentlemen’s clubs and sex shops that crowd the quarter. I was drawn to the reflections of neon lights in the mirrors and windows, capturing their distorted glow as a metaphor for how intoxicating fantasy can blur and reshape our perception of reality.
